• Assessment form (Typeform) — when you submit a free-assessment request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your fitness goals as you describe them.
• Communications — if you email or WhatsApp us, we retain that correspondence.
• Analytics — we use anonymised, aggregate analytics (page views, referral source) to understand how our website is used. No personally identifiable information is collected at this level.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Contact you to discuss your personal training enquiry and schedule your assessment.
• Deliver our coaching service if you become a client.
• Respond to your messages and support requests.
• Improve our service through aggregate analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate our business:

• Typeform — assessment form platform (data processor).
• CRM / coaching software — to manage client schedules and programme delivery.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to Meta's privacy policy.

All processors are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as needed to provide our service and comply with legal obligations. If you do not become a client, enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

Our website uses minimal, essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics data collected is aggregated and anonymised.
