Is online coaching as effective as in-person 1-on-1 personal training?

How often should I train with a personal trainer to actually see results in 12 weeks?

What qualifications should a personal trainer in Dubai actually have?

Can the coach train me in my building's gym or pool — not just inside my apartment?

Yes — that's how most high-rise residents in Marina, Downtown, JBR, Palm, and Business Bay actually use the service. The coach trains you wherever the setup is best for the session: inside your apartment, in your building's gym or studio, by the pool, on the rooftop, or outdoors during the cooler months.

The coach brings whatever extra kit your plan needs (resistance bands, suspension straps, dumbbells where appropriate), so you're not dependent on your building's equipment.

Do you train clients in Abu Dhabi, and is PTD set up for clients aged 50+ or 60+?
